• The first step is analyzing the opportunity for growth and providing you with a rough estimate over the phone, without any commitment.

• Going forward we will extract a year's worth of service data from your DMS, then our state-of-the-art technology and our Fixed Ops Analyst will digitally review to exclude non-applicable services. (These excluded services may change depending on the state and manufacturer)

• After Margin Plus has found the best 100 sequential ROs for parts and or labor, our analyst will then manually review the entire RO set to ensure accuracy and compliance for your submission.

• Once all the data has been thoroughly reviewed and your management team gives the ok we will submit on your behalf to the Manufacturer.

Green:  Laws in 29 states provide a specific formula for dealerships to use to calculate their retail rates and apply for warranty reimbursement.
Blue: Laws in 13 states are worded so vaguely that parity in warranty reimbursement is hard to enforce. 
Yellow: Legislation in the process for 2 state.
Red: Franchise laws in 6 states don’t address retail reimbursement.

Will my Manufacturer retaliate?
​Some manufacturers will follow the law exactly as it is stated. Some manufacturers might challenge your submission but pay it out in the end. But there will always be the outlier, a manufacturer that simply will refuse to pay. With that said, most manufacturers will approach your request with utmost competence and without retaliation.
Does it work in my state?
